* Alun graduated from the University of Hull in 1971 and joined the Power Industry in the Human Resources field. He gained a post Graduate qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development at Leeds Metropolitan University in 1973.
* Since then he has gained a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring at the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring in 2002. He is currently studying for his Advanced Certificate in Coaching through the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development
* He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council
* During his 26 year career in the Power Industry Alun held hands on Staff management responsibilities at Head Office and on operational sites (15 years), including the Coaching and Mentoring of Senior Managers
* Alun set up in his own business in 1997 and now sees himself primarily as a Coach/Trainer specialising in One to One Business/Executive Coaching. He also enjoys Consultancy in HR Strategy and Planning, Performance Management, and Organisational Change
* Amongst his existing Coaching clients he is currently coaching senior staff within the European Commission
* He has experience of working in several Overseas Projects in the public and private sector (Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Gambia, Hungary, Kuwait, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, and Ukraine – 10 years). A coach with real business experience as well as relevant qualifications.
